“The Chair First” .. Awareness Campaign For The Safety Of Children Inside The Vehicle
To Contribute To Raising Awareness In The Community About The Safety Of Children Inside The Vehicle, The National Family Safety Program Launched An Awareness Campaign For The Safety Of The Child Inside The Vehicle, Titled “The Chair First” To Educate Parents About The Importance Of Using It.
This Campaign, Which Is Organized By The National Family Safety Program Of The Health Services Department Of The Ministry Of National Guard, Comes As An Affirmation To Preserve The Safety Of Children Inside The Vehicle And To Raise Awareness Of The Importance Of Using A Child Seat Because It Increases The Reduction Of Child Injuries In The Event Of Accidents, And Reduces The Risks Of Harming Him.
14 Governmental And Private Agencies In The Kingdom Are Participating In The Campaign, Where The Awareness Plan Included Launching Various Messages For Different Segments To Raise The Importance Of Using The Seat Inside The Vehicle And The Benefits It Brings To The Child's Safety. Children's Bodies Cannot Withstand The Force Of Accidents, Which Causes Them To Have Chronic Disabilities.
The Campaign Distributes 500 Free Chairs To Motorists In Various Regions As A Symbolic Sign Of The Importance Of This Behavior That Protects The Child.
The Committee Supervising The Campaign Indicated That A Number Of Virtual Meetings Will Be Held Remotely, In Which It Will Host A Number Of Experts And Specialists In All Aspects Of Knowledge, Science, Health And Social, In Addition To Traffic Aspects And Traffic Safety Provisions And Regulations.
All Participating Parties Will Work To Perform The Roles Required Of Them According To The Awareness Plan Through Publication On Social Media, Where The Supervisory Committee Has Prepared A Number Of Films, Drawings And Designs With A Unified Identity.
The Campaign Aims To Contribute To Raising Awareness Among Parents And The Community About The Safety Of Children Inside The Vehicle And To Provide An Opportunity For Workers In Specialties Related To Children To Contribute To The Protection And Safety Of Children From Accidents And Build Partnerships Between Government And Private Institutions And International Organizations, In Order To Enhance Child Safety Inside The Vehicle And Encourage Thought To Raise The Level Of Performance In The Field Of Protecting Children From Accidents And To Contribute To The Development Of Standards And Legislation To Preserve The Safety Of The Child.
The "National Family Safety Program" Seeks To Be A Center Of Excellence In Domestic Violence Affairs By Providing Prevention And Support Programs, Spreading Awareness And Building Professional Partnerships With Specialists, Governmental And Private Institutions, And International Organizations To Provide A Safe Family Environment In The Kingdom.
The Program Aims On An Ongoing Basis To Obtain The Opinions And Observations Of The Parties That It Targets Directly, Such As Specialized Experts, Government Agencies And NGOs, And The Ultimate Beneficiaries Of The "family" Business.
