His Excellency The Mayor Of The Eastern Region, Eng. Fahd Bin Muhammad Al-Jubeir, Affirmed The Municipality’s Keenness To Implement Comprehensive Quality Standards In All Its Administrative Work, As Well As Its Field Projects In The Various Cities And Governorates Of The Region, Which Entails A Continuous Follow-up Of These Works And Projects On The Ground In Order To Conform To Specifications, Standards And Quality.
This Came During The Inauguration Of His Excellency Today, Sunday Morning, 20/03/1441 AH, Of The Activities Of The Annual Quality Forum Organized By The Eastern Region Secretariat (General Administration Of Total Quality) On The Occasion Of The World Quality Day 2019 Under The Slogan “100 Years Of Quality”, Where The Opening Coincided With The Inauguration Of His Excellency The Identity Of The General Administration Of Total Quality In The Eastern Region Municipality, Which Was Preceded By A Tour Of His Excellency, Accompanied By The Guests Of The Forum, In The Exhibition Accompanying The Forum, Familiarizing With The Participating Pillars And The Most Prominent Leading Local Experiences In The Field Of Quality, Which Was Held On This Occasion.
In His Opening Speech To The Forum, Eng. Fahd Al-Jubeir Explained That Countries Seek To Benefit From International Documents And Their Recommendations In Enhancing Quality In Their Institutions, Which Is What The Kingdom Is Keen On And Under The Sound Guidance Of The Wise Leadership - May God Support It - Which Established The “Saudi Standards, Metrology And Quality Organization (SASO”) And The King Abdul-Aziz Prize. Al-Aziz Quality Center And The National Center For Measuring The Performance Of Public Institutions. The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 Included Quality Concepts, Principles, Objectives And Policies, Indicating That In Our Time, Quality, Its Principles And Actions Are No Longer An Administrative Luxury Or A Formal Development, But Rather Have Become A Practical And Scientific Necessity For What Quality Has Achieved Through The Accumulated Experiences And Experiences Of Achievements That Have Contributed Significantly. Active In Developing The Work System, Its Mechanisms And Outputs.
His Excellency Eng. Fahd Al-Jubeir Referred To The Initiative Of The Eastern Province Municipality To Establish A General Management For Total Quality That Seeks To Achieve Many Goals And Visions In The Work System Within The Secretariat Until It Reaches An Advanced Level Of Beneficiary Satisfaction And Achieves Goals With High Levels Of Quality, Indicating That The Sharqiya Municipality Celebrates The International Day Quality Assurance 2019 Comes As An Affirmation Of Its Approach To Support Quality Work And Enhance Its Presence, While His Excellency Thanked And Appreciated The Employees Of The General Administration Of Total Quality For Their Efforts In Organizing This Occasion And All Government Agencies That Participated In This Forum.
For His Part, The Director General Of The General Administration Of Total Quality In The Eastern Region Municipality, Engineer Ali Al-Qarni, Indicated In His Speech That This Forum Aims To Spread The Culture Of Quality And Raise Awareness Of The Importance Of Applying Quality Standards, In Order To Become A Well-established Culture, Daily Practice, And A Driving Force Towards Institutional Excellence And Creativity, Which Achieves Sustainability. In Development And Development To Reach The Highest Standards Of Beneficiary Satisfaction, Indicating That The Forum Targeted Nearly 1,000 Employees Of The Secretariat On The Occasion Of The International Quality Day 2019 Under The Slogan “100 Years Of Quality”, As This Celebration Is An Extension Of What The Wise Leadership - May God Protect - To Implement Quality Standards And The Adoption Of Its Policies, Which Is One Of The Pillars Of The Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Forum Included Three Lectures In The Field Of Quality, The First Of Which Was Entitled (The Evolution Of Quality Concepts And Its Applications) Presented By Mr. Muhammad Al-Hussein, Director Of The Business Center In The Branch Of The Institute Of Public Administration In The Eastern Province, And A Second Lecture Entitled (The Saudi Quality Mark And Its Path In The Development Of The National Industry) Presented By Eng. Faris Al-Habib From The Saudi Authority The Program Concluded With A Lecture On (Experience Of Measuring And Achieving Beneficiary Satisfaction Project) Presented By Mr. Saad Al-Qahtani, Executive Director Of The Project In The Eastern Province.
After That, His Excellency The Mayor Of The Eastern Province, Eng. Fahd Bin Muhammad Al-Jubeir, Honored The Participating Parties In The Forum.
